Elif Hanım'la ilk hafta şeker hamurlu pasta yapımı üzerine çalıştık. İkinci hafta ise modelleme eğitimimizi sürdürdük. Oldukça keyifli geçen eğitimde zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlayamadık bile :) Elif Hanım bu eğitimlerden sonra kendi denemelerini, görsel olarak benimle paylaştı. Bu birbirinden mükemmel denemeleri ilerleyen zamanlarda sizlerle paylaşacağım. Elif Hanım'ı yaptığı başarılı çalışmalardan dolayı can-ı gönülden kutluyorum. Son derece eğlenceli geçen eğitim sonucunda Betül'le tekrar görüşmek üzere ayrıldık. Sevgili Birsen, Aralık ayı içinde  beni aradığında Prag'da yaşadığını, Ocak ayında İstanbul'a geleceğini, blogu takip ettiğini ve bu konularla ilgili eğitim almak istediğini söyledi. Ocak ayında 3 gün boyunca Şeker Pasta eğitimlerine katıldı. Son derece keyifli geçen 3 günün sonunda Şeker hamurlu pasta yapımı ve modelleme üzerine aldığı bilgilerle Prag'a dönen Birsen'den dün gelen mail beni çok mutlu etti. İşte bu gördüğünüz pastalar sevgili Birsen'in ilk denemeleri... Oldukça başarılı görünen pastaların lezzeti de fazlasıyla beğenilmiş...
